1 Eligibility Requirements

2 Registration Process

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted before any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been satisfied will be declined until those requirements are met.

bbh999 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions during normal operating conditions. 6 Currency and Exchange

7 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bbh999 are subject to these general Terms & Conditions and any additional terms stated within the specific promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

8 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a bbh999 account and make a qualifying first deposit of ৳500 or more are eligible to claim the bbh999 Welcome Bonus of 100% up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The Welcome Bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance automatically upon deposit. The Welcome Bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%. 10 General Game Rules

All games available on bbh999 use certified random number generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and available to players on request. bbh999 does not alter or manipulate game outcomes.

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
